3. Chartering Only – CA Package
Central agency chartering with the option to winterize the yacht:
- Income up to 18% based on the yacht's value
- Maintenance & equipment meet Fergus Yachts' high standards

- Unlimited owner use during low season or availability in high season
4. Maintenance Package
Central agency chartering with the option to winterize the yacht:
- No income
- Yacht ready for owner use

Explaining the Terms
Chartering: Includes bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Winter Maintenance: Covers maintenance, spare parts, and inventory retrieval (optional upgrades available).
Full-Time Yacht Engagement/Management: Involves yacht promotion, mediation, legal assistance, accounting, and handling marina and port authority procedures. It also includes full-time yacht monitoring, income/expense recording, and registration. Participation in special discounted third-party pricing through Fergus Yachts is also included.
Profit: The annual net amount, after all expenses and VAT, based on the yacht’s current value.
Unlimited Private Use: Limited only by the selected chartering plan and income target.
